Member Access to Credit Union Documents
Member access to Credit Union Documents, provides the membership access to certain credit union documents as per the Texas Administrative Code, Title 7, Part 6, Chapter 91, Subchapter C, Rule 91.315.
The Texas Administrative code requires:
1.) NCE Credit Union will provide its members certain documents related to the Credit Union’s finances and management.
2.) NCE Credit Union will post a copy of the required notice on its website
3.) Upon written request, a member is entitiled to review a recent copy of the following documents:
* Balance sheet and income statement
* Summary of the most recent audit
* Internal Revenue Service Form 990
* Written board policy regarding access to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, and copies thereof.
The person requesting access to credit union documents must be a member of the credit union. A written request must be provided for the documents requested. The response time for the credit union is within 14 days
